The Details:

I was cruising down the freeway on my commute to work when BAM, it hit me like a Mac truck. Well, it was the Mac truck that threw the BOULDER onto my windshield at speeds fast enough to break the sound barrier. It started out small, just a wimpy little dent in a calm sea of glass perfection. I thought I’d beaten the system; I was wrong.

The very first time the cold windshield felt the heat of my roaring car heater, it happened. I’ll never forget that sound, the sickening ice-cracking sound. The sound that can only be made by a rapidly growing crack on one’s windshield. There is no denying it, I need a new windshield.
